Sarah Palin imagined God talking to her in an email she wrote before her fifth child, Trig.

Then, I let Trig’s mom have an exceptionally comfortable pregnancy so she could enjoy every minute of it, and I even seemed to rush it along so she could wait until near the end to surprise you with the news – that way Piper wouldn’t have so long to wait and count down so many days – just like Christmastime when you have to wait, impatiently, for that special day to finally open your gift? (Or the way the Palins look forward to birthday celebrations that go on for three, four days… you all really like cake .) I know you, I knew you’d be better off with just a short time to wait!

Then, finally, I let Trig’s mom and dad find out before he was born that this little boy will truly be a GIFT. They were told in early tests that Trig may provide more challenges, and more joy, than what they ever may have imagined or ever asked for. At first the news seemed unreal and sad and confusing . But I gave Trig’ s mom and dad lots of time to think about it because they needed lots of time to understand that everything will be OK, in fact, everything will be great, because I only want the best for you!

Liberal vs Conservative: A Spiritual Battle

Comments Off

Without beating around the bush, I believe the battle being fought in America today goes beyond politics; right vs. left. It is a spiritual battle; good vs evil.

The large number of Christians in the Tea Party believe in right and wrong. The left has a huge problem with the concept of right and wrong. Their religion of liberalism embraces Moral Relativism.
For these reasons, Palin and Tea Party are as repulsive to liberals as showing Dracula the cross.

New laws in Neb. add restrictions on abortions

Comments Off

Two first-of-their-kind laws in Nebraska put new restrictions on abortion, including one that uses a new legal rationale for a ban on later-term abortions.
That law bars the procedure at and after 20 weeks of pregnancy based on the assertion that fetuses can feel pain at that point. The other requires women be screened before having abortions for mental health issues and other risk factors indicating if they might have problems afterward.

Exposing hypocrisy from within the womb

As the march to the vote continues, all along the triumphant parade route are is a cloud of witnesses made up of children’s faces. Democrats are laid bare under the sterile adjustable operating room “light” Barack Obama prides himself on providing every time Bart Stupak (D-Mich), Marcy Kaptur (D- Ohio) or ten other antiabortion Democrats step forward to say, “the document would be insufficient to bring the entire group…onboard.”

Good Catholic Nancy Pelosi prayed to Joseph, patron saint of expectant mothers, to assist in convincing legislators pass a “life affirming vote” for a bill that provides pregnant women the funds to purge fruit from the womb. If Pelosi gets her way, answered prayer would have assisted an unwed mother named Mary the means to get rid of an inconvenience named Jesus.

The Political Party of Death

The Disappearing Pro-Life Democrat – Now the Stupak Democrats will have to go home to their pro-life constituents and try to persuade them they are not pro-choice, but just cheap dates. Perhaps those pro-life constituents might not be so easily wooed.

How a Nebraska Bill May Pivot the Abortion Debate

Comments Off

This sort of legislation, though, throws the left into a very awkward position. Animals are getting more and more legal rights. Cruelty to animals is not only illegal, but television shows highlight law enforcement officers dedicated to the investigation and prosecution of animal cruelty. What is the argument against giving this protection to unborn children?

The same people in America who championed laws against cruelty to animals also were at the forefront of laws against cruelty to children. A social worker, frustrated by an inability to stop the maltreatment of a young girl beaten daily, was urged on by her niece, who told her: “You are so troubled by that abused child, why not go to Mr. Bergh? She is a little animal, surely.” Henry Bergh, who fought for a law in New York against cruelty to animals, listened and gained custody of the little girl.

Are unborn children, at least to leftists, entitled to the same protection as animals? Or are these unborn children, as so many of us fear the left believes, “life unworthy of life,” as the Nazis described Jews, Gypsies, and physically or mentally handicapped people?
